Afghan KAL!

Well, the new year is off to a great start thanks to all the knitters who have started their Great American Afghan! We started meeting a few short weeks ago and already the finished squares are starting to appear. This is an excellent project for the knitter on the go so stop by the shop and pick up your copy of the book today! If you prefer to knit with friends, MSYF will continue to host the drop in KAL hours 1:00-5:00 pm on Sunday afternoons – we look forward to seeing you here!

New Yarn!

New yarns have started to arrive and we are getting VERY excited! So far this week we have Berroco Comfort DK, Mountain Colors sock yarn, Cotton Twirl and new colors in Cascade Eco Wool.

Pattern of the Month

This month's pattern of the month is Olivia's Butterfly Hat using Ella Rae Classic. This crocheted hat takes less than one skein of yarn and is guaranteed to delight it's young recipient! The pattern is free to download on Ravelry.com or stop by the shop to pick up a copy today!

Game Nights

Every 1st and 3rd Friday night we get together for dinner and games (and lots of crafting). We eat around 6:30 and start to play around 7:00. If you would like to eat with us, the cost is $6.00 and you must call the shop by 5:00pm so we know to include you in the food count.
